Refund & Cancellation Policy

At **SmartToolKit**, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our AI-powered productivity utilities. Because our services are digital software subscriptions that grant immediate access to premium features upon upgrade, our Refund and Cancellation Policy is formulated to ensure fairness, transparency, and full compliance with our billing partners: **Paymob** (for Egyptian domestic cards and mobile wallets) and **Lemon Squeezy** (for international PayPal and cards).

2. Refund Eligibility & Window

We offer a flexible refund window subject to fair-use conditions to prevent exploitation of our digital services:

• **Refund Window:** You are eligible to request a full refund within **7 days** from the initial date of purchase or renewing cycle.
• **Fair Use Condition:** To prevent abuse, refunds are only applicable if you have not heavily utilized the premium tools (e.g., exported more than **3 resumes**, converted more than **5 PDFs**, or made excessive AI prompt generation during the 7-day window).
• **Recurring Renewals:** Refunds do not apply to automatic renewals unless a formal cancellation or pause request was initiated prior to the renewal date.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can easily cancel your recurring subscription at any time to avoid future billing charges:

• **Lemon Squeezy (Global & PayPal):** Cancel your active subscription instantly via the billing link included in your receipt email, or from your profile settings on the platform. Premium access will continue until the end of your paid billing period, and no further charges will occur.
• **Paymob (Domestic Cards & Wallets):** Recurring plans can be cancelled by reaching out directly to our support team, or by revoking authorization directly through your mobile wallet application.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received, verified, and approved:

• The payment will be refunded directly to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit/Debit Card or Mobile Wallet in EGP / USD).
• Refunds usually take **5 to 14 business days** to settle in your bank account or wallet, subject to local banking operations and gateway clearings.
